 1、填料压得太紧或四周紧密度不够2、填料压得偏斜与轴磨损严重

 pressed deflected and the axile wears seriously

 1、旋松压盖螺栓高速填料紧密度

 2、松开压盖重新均匀地上紧

 1.Loosen the gland bolts to adjust

 2.Loosen the gland bolts and tighten it again.

以250HW-8为例：

  250—泵进（出）水口直径为250毫米。

  8—泵总扬程为8米。

    1、经常检查轴承温度，轴承箱内应装70%的钙基黄油，宣城混流泵，不得过多或过少，350HW混流泵，轴承升温一般不得比周围超过35°C，轴承的极限温度不得超过75°C（用手摸感到烫手），若超过应停车检查原因予以消除。
